So it’s nearly a month until the Justice League movie comes out and a new, and most likely, final trailer has debuted on this magnificent Sunday. And I am pleased to say that this was Justice League’s best trailer yet. It had me riveted from the very beginning to the very end and the music didn’t take away from the trailer’s epicness. Take a look.
Okay, first of all, if I’m not mistaken it looks like there’s going to be some serious Amazonian action happening in this movie, and not just from Wonder Woman. It looks Steppenwolf is going to be doing some damage at Themyscira. Uh-oh. Hopefully, Hippolyta (Diana’s mother) will be okay. Secondly, I haven’t even really seen Aquaman yet but I already know he’s my second favorite superhero next to Wonder Woman. I love his suit. It’s so pretty and shiny and it’s just got a great design…and color. And third, the action just looks stellar.
I mean look at this. This is obviously going to be a massive action scene that I know for a fact is going to be jaw-dropping in IMAX.
And it was nice to see a little bit of Superman in this new trailer. He might not be in his iconic regalia but I’m actually rather glad to see that they aren’t revealing him coming back to life or anything like that because that’s what hurt Batman vs. Superman. Months before the movie even came out everyone knew Wonder Woman was in the film. They didn’t even bother to keep it a secret. I’m glad to see that Superman’s big reveal will be saved for us viewers who go watch Justice League in the movies.
Now the only thing to still worry about is, unfortunately, the story.
All of the DC films have had superb action, it’s the stories or lack thereof that have ruined the films. Will Justice League finally present a compelling story that’s easy to follow or will it be just like all of the other DC films?
If this final trailer is anything to go by however I think Justice League might actually end up being the best DC film (besides the Dark Knight trilogy) so far. Of course, this is just a trailer but it still excites me all the same.
I thank you for reading this post and I hope you have a wonderful Sunday.
