Today I watched Captain America: The Winter Soldier and a certain scene reminded me of a post I wrote a couple of months ago. It was the scene when Steve Rogers goes to visit Peggy (this scene made me super emotional by the way.) As I watched it, trying to hold back tears, I decided then and there to revisit that certain post I wrote in March for this Throwback Friday post. Enjoy!
Since the trailer for Avengers: Endgame dropped I have watched the trailer at least ten times. And with each viewing, my analysis of it has changed. While most trailers hide secrets in the background of important shots it seems that this trailer is hiding Easter eggs in plain sight.
Such as the mention of time travel. Now you’re probably saying to yourself, “Time travel? Who said anything about time travel in the trailer?”
Well, no one actually uttered the words time travel in the trailer but it is heavily implied through Peggy’s monologue through the first half of the trailer.

I don’t usually write about Survivor but I have to talk about this week’s finale of Survivor: Edge of Extinction. Many were claiming this as one of the worst seasons of Survivor and while it wasn’t one of my favorites I did find it somewhat enjoyable. But that finale, whether you liked it or not, was undeniably epic.
One of my favorite things about Survivor is the continuing evolution of the game. Every season there’s a new twist to send its players, and the viewers, for a loop. This season’s major bombshell was that contestants were not immediately kicked out of the game after being voted out. Instead, they could make a choice to stay on a separate island for a chance to get back in the game.
It was an unprecedented plot twist that led to a thrilling conclusion in the season’s two-hour finale. But what made the finale so thrilling is the fact there was the Edge of Extinction island.
For all of you Survivor fans who have been following the season you’ll understand the rest of what I’m about to say but for those of you who don’t know much about the show, it may be a tad bit confusing. I just wanted to give you a heads up. 🙂
Okay, on that note, let’s get to why this season’s twist worked!

When Ben Affleck announced he was done playing Batman last year it was received with disappointment and relief. For a while, it had become clear that he wasn’t invested in the role or very enthusiastic for being a part of the new Batman movie that has taken forever to get under full production but now, with Ben Affleck gone, and a script ready to be realized, the hunt for the new Batman has begun.
And it seems that Matt Reeves has finally found which actor he now wants to play the iconic superhero. Wait for it, wait for it. The actor who is setting up to be the next Batman is…

The Chosen One has reached its intermission point but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing for you all to enjoy. Together, my sister and I have collaborated and for this second half of this story, we are delivering brand new posters highlighting the exciting evolution of these characters. So, for today, here’s the first poster.
Yes, I had to bring a double-bladed purple lightsaber into the story because, well, I’ve always wanted to see this. This poster is absolutely perfect for so many reasons that I can’t explain at the moment but that you will eventually discover. I can say this though. You’re going to love the second half of this story. 🙂

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a beautiful day. May the Force be with you.
