‘African Cats’ Is One of the Best Nature Films I’ve Ever Seen

Disney+ has a lot of gems in its vast vault of entertainment. One such gem that I was very pleased to discover was African Cats, a film that follows a cheetah mother and her three cubs, a pride of lionesses and their leader, a toughened lion named Fang, and Fang’s imminent challengers, a father and his three sons determined to take over the pride lands.

I have never been more riveted or more horrified by a nature film. The suspense, the storytelling, the brutality of nature and the power of perseverance. This film is nothing short of exceptional.

I’m giving it 5 out of 5 stars and 100 out of 100. Yeah, it’s perfect.

If you are a proud owner of Disney+ and haven’t seen this film make sure to check it out. It is totally worth the watch and is undoubtedly one of the best Disneynature movies out there. I highly recommend it.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day.

‘A Quiet Place: Part II’ Is Following the Playbook of ‘ALIENS’

ALIEN is one of the greatest movies of all time and easily, in my opinion, the greatest sci-fi/horror film ever made. A Quiet Place is the second best movie I’ve watched that melds horror with science-fiction and it seems that its sequel is taking ques from ALIENS.

James Cameron took the storyline conceived in ALIEN to the next level, delivering a thrilling action-packed experience that added to the greatness of the first film in abundance.

It seems that A Quiet Place: Part II is taking the same initiative by delivering an action-packed sequel with more characters, more suspense, more horror, and a whole lot more people running everywhere. That’s a smart approach considering that ALIENS is considered, according to IMDb, the 74th best movie of all time. Continue reading ‘A Quiet Place: Part II’ Is Following the Playbook of ‘ALIENS’

The Dark Knight Lives (FIFTY-SEVEN)

Jokes and pleasant chattering aside, Blake Lively had a job to do. The Commissioner’s funeral was arriving in a couple of hours and that meant Lynx would be exposed as she proceeded with the unfortunate occasion. He needed to be there as a silent guardian to ensure her survival and that meant he couldn’t stand around continuing to frolic with these newcomers.

And he relayed his concerns to everyone who had made their way into the eating room as they spoke over a quick brunch.

“Can I come with you?” Gloria asked him.

He shook his head. “Not this time, I’m afraid.”

She seemed upset by this answer, that is until he ensured her that she would still be a part of the mission as they would communicate with one another over two commlinks. And, apparently, she would be able to see everything as he would through a camera in the visor of his mask.

The woman, Katherine Waterson, would join the proceedings under her true disguise; herself. Donning the Batsuit would take the focus from Commissioner Gordon’s funeral and that would be selfish.

“Are we ready to get out of here?” Blake asked.

Katherine nodded. “Yes.”

And so, they left the cave to go to the funeral.
