A Beautiful Piece of Art

Every week I share several pieces of fan art my sister draws but this week my sister also managed to draw an original piece that was so utterly breathtaking and captivating and imaginative and…well, you get the memo, I love this picture SO much. It’s stunning, to say the least.

Like an illustration found in a children’s book, I feel transported to a magical world where trail walks can be as beautiful as this. I can stare at this piece of art for minutes on end because I find it that gorgeous to my eyeballs and that’s why I’m sharing it with you today.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a beautiful day.

A Movie Ranking: Charlize Theron

I didn’t know anything about Charlize Theron until Mad Max: Fury Road, in which case she became one of my favorite actresses in Hollywood. Her toughness oozed off of the screen and suddenly I wanted to see more movies with her. Today I wanted to highlight her for this week’s A Movie Ranking. Enjoy!

4. Astroboy

Astro Boy (2009)

As a kid, I wasn’t a fan of Astroboy. Even now, I see this poster and can’t help feeling annoyed.

3. The Fate of the Furious

Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Ludacris, Michelle Rodriguez, and Tyrese Gibson in The Fate of the Furious (2017)

Charlize Theron was a surprisingly great villain for this movie. At first, I thought she was going to be wack but I enjoyed her role in the film. I can’t wait to see what happens in Furious 9.

2. Hancock

Will Smith in Hancock (2008)

Hancock is one of those films that you don’t expect to be good but turns out to be great. I was so surprised by this movie which continuously surprised me and Charlize Theron’s role alongside Will Smith was perfect. I’ve only seen the film once but I did like it very much when I watched it.

1. Mad Max: Fury Road

Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy in Mad Max: Fury Road (2015)

This isn’t surprising. Charlize Theron killed it as Furiosa in this film, portraying the fierce heroine that you expect and want to see in an action movie.

These are the only movies I’ve seen starring Charlize Theron but I hope to see more movies of hers in the future. And I would especially love it if she joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the years to come. That would be awesome.

Valkyrie’s Story Continues

Starting next week, Valkyrie’s story will continue where Avengers: Endgame left off, featuring the challenges she will face to be King of Asgard as she faces opposition from her fellow Asgardians.

Don’t miss this next fanfiction adventure starting on Monday. Until then, I thank you for reading and supporting the various fanfiction I concoct and I hope you have a safe and gorgeous day.
