Oh my goodness, it’s almost time. The Mandalorian was a cultural phenomenon last year as we were introduced to Mando and Baby Yoda, the two greatest live-action Star Wars characters since Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.

We’ve been patiently awaiting any official news about the second season and well, we just got it. October 30 is the official date when the first episode of the second season will be available to see on Disney+ here in the United States.

The first promotional image arrived today and yeah, it’s nothing profoundly great, but it is exciting nonetheless. Here it is.

Yes, it’s the Mandalorian and Baby Yoda on their way to new adventures. With this image the prospect of a trailer is very real and I am ecstatic. What will we see and what awesomeness lies in store for this new season? Oh my gosh, I can’t wait to see this!
