The very next morning news channels around the world broadcast an unprecedented press conference featuring Dr. Frost amidst the most powerful leaders of the world announcing that she was now the dictator of the entire globe.

Many thought it was a joke. Others did not. Colonel Rhodes and Vision were two of these individuals. Gazing at the television screen with dour expressions they watched as the terrorist proudly boasted how she would change the world for the better, blah blah blah.

Rhodes looked at Vision. “Can you believe this?”

Vision shook his head. “No. Unfortunately, I cannot.”

“I thought you said Steve Rogers was going to save the world.”

Vision’s mind instantly wandered to the images of Wanda Maximoff desperately fighting Dr. Frost only to get defeated. His red hands clenched as he crossed his arms.

“I did not expect this foe to be so powerful.” He looked at Rhodes with a pained expression. “We have to do something.”

Rhodes nodded. “As much as I don’t want to admit it, you’re right. We can’t stand around and let this happen. The Accords are necessary but we can’t be forced to sit on our asses while the world burns. Besides…” he placed his hand on Vision’s shoulder, “we’ve got to save our friends.”

Vision slightly smiled. “And what is your plan?”

Rhodes grinned. “Tony Stark.”
