Ranking the Characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Part 2

Yesterday I ranked Marvel characters #57-41 which was quite the task but it was a fun task. Today, we’re counting down to 31. Let’s see who makes it in this next list.

40. Mantis

Mantis is so cute. Even though she doesn’t really have the most incredible powers she’s always an essential member of the Guardians of the Galaxy and she’s just so likable. I can’t wait to see her innocence displayed once again in Thor: Love and Thunder.

39. Sharon Carter

In Captain America: The Winter Soldier, I thought Agent 13 was a cool supporting character. In Captain America: Civil War we learned that she was actually Sharon Carter. She had a one-movie fling with Steve Rogers (which I still find icky to this day) and then would finally return in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier with a much bigger and more sinister storyline.

I loved that the writers made her a villain. It makes sense for her storyline and makes her a far more compelling character moving forward in the MCU than she used to be.

Shuri

Smart and always willing to speak her mind, Shuri is the perfect depiction of a Disney Marvel princess. Letitia Wright made her such a wonderful character in Black Panther that she immediately became one of my favorite aspects of the movie. I can’t wait to see her story continue in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Tomorrow Is The Finale Of ‘Loki’!!!!

I can’t believe it but yes, the time has arrived. Tomorrow is the finale of Loki and for the first time with these Marvel Disney+ series, I have no idea how it’s going to end.

The only thing I can latch onto is the idea that this series will open up the possibilities of the Multiverse. But how? How will that happen? And who the heck is at the top of the Haunted Mansion? I’m really hoping it’s something goofy like a giant CGI Miss Minutes but honestly, it may be something far more sinister. And that’s what worries me.

You know what else worries me? The prospect of Sylvie dying. Sylvie has become a character that I really like but we don’t know if this will be her last rodeo or not. Loki has always had such a tragic story that it seems almost fitting that the first person he genuinely loves would be taken from him in the end, because that’s just his bad luck. I don’t want this to happen, I need tomorrow’s episode to conclude on a high note with Loki and Sylvie being the rightful King and Queen that they are, but I just don’t know what to expect and I’m honestly a little terrified.

How are you feeling about tomorrow’s episode? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a great day.
