Why Next Year’s Rumored MCU Werewolf Series Is a Must for Disney+

Disney+ has found a way to bite into the streaming service wars with some outstanding Emmy-nominated series and enough enjoyable content to make the service feel like a must-have. The streaming service also finds a way to take advantage of the holidays with fun specials but it’s clear that there is one holiday that Disney needs help bringing to life and that’s Halloween.

Trying to find good spooky content on Disney+ is almost as hard as trying to find competition shows. There’s just nothing there.

Yeah, we got a Lego Star Wars series titled Terrifying Tales but it was so boring I couldn’t finish it. And while the Muppets Haunted Mansion was legitimately enjoyable it was over with in one day. That leads me to the topic of this post.

A couple of months ago there was a rumor circling that next Halloween will be our first look at a spooky MCU series based on a popular comic series called Werewolf by Night. According to the rumors, the series will focus on a male Latino lead and apparently Anthony Ramos (Hamilton, In the Heights) is the actor that could be playing the lead.

The special may even feature a guest star appearance from Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight who is known for taking on creepy characters. That would definitely be the spooky special Disney+ would need to make next October one to look forward to.

Well fellow Star Wars fans, the trailer for The Book of Boba Fett just dropped out of nowhere and I’m honestly kind of surprised… but very excited. Here it is.

Yes. This is the type of Star Wars content I’ve always wanted; a storyline about the underworld. December 29th here we go.
