‘Ms. Marvel’ Delivers Yet Again!

Wow, Marvel Studios really has discovered the Disney formula because I keep crying at nearly every new installment. And unsurprisingly Ms. Marvel is no exception.

This episode gripped me from the beginning to the end with a fast-moving but very well-written storyline. We went back in time to discover the truth of Kamala’s family history. We’re seeing Kamala getting better and better at using her powers, which are really cool by the way. Kamran has entered the chat. If you’ve seen the episode you know what I mean. And all in all, that was a really fun, moving episode that had me wiping my tears at nearly 4am.

I can’t wait to see how the finale ends this chapter of Kamala’s story and sets up her next chapter in The Marvels.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a lovely day.

  1. Okay… here’s my no-spoilers summary of how I reacted to this episode.

    “Awww, that’s sweet.”
    “Oh no…!” (cries)
    “…uh oh, now it’s trouble.”
    “Wait… is that it?”
    “That can’t be it, right?”
“Oh, that’s not it… but wait, what?”

Family origin story: great. Made me cry.
Everything that happened after: rush job. Made me dizzy.
