I’m so excited because yes, one month from today, my newest YA-fantasy short novel, ANNABELLE, will be available to buy on amazon.com and goodreads.com. Oh, I am buzzing with joy.
This is a picture of the title character, Annabelle Vicstoria, drawn by the incredible artist, Uzuri Art.
Last night I watched the first two episodes of The Rings of Power and it met every one of my expectations in an absolutely stunning fashion. The beginning starts a little differently than maybe expected but what it sets up is a storyline that makes Galadriel’s dogged determination in this show feel warranted and comprehensible.
The first two episodes are perfect because they made us care about every single storyline and the characters that inhabited these varying sections.
Galadriel is on a mission to find Sauron and she will not be denied. Not until she has found the very evil who took her brother’s life from her.
I can’t believe I’m writing this but yes, my short novel has its first official review. This is such a big moment for me. After working on this book for so many years hearing such a positive review has literally gotten me emotional.
This is just the beginning of my writing career and it’s getting off to a bang. Here’s the review if you’d like to read it.
Last week I shared with you all an announcement that I was releasing my very first short novel on March 25. I couldn’t be more thrilled to share the news and to receive your enthusiasm. Now, take an even deeper dive into the first short novel of my series, THE WOMEN OF ADALOR: PIL.
Revenge is her destiny.
Meet Pil, a young woman adopted by a wealthy assassin, weighed down by a tragic past, and forced to face the most difficult stage of her life. The evolving events of this story will challenge her but Pil is always ready for a challenge. Here’s an excerpt of what is the first in an enthralling series titled THE WOMEN OF ADALOR.
Okay, we’ve been waiting years for this. Here’s the first trailer for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
My first worry going into the trailer was my fear that it wouldn’t look, visually, like the world Peter Jackson had created. So you can imagine my relief when I noticed that it looked very similar. colorwise, to The Hobbit.
Does this look like it has the potential to be very good? Yes, it does. Will it be very good? I’m not quite sure.
I can definitively say that I like the casting for a young Galadriel. I like that she seems fierce, determined, and very much in charge but I also think she has the ability to be as graceful and powerful as Cate Blanchett. Young Elrond, hmm, not so much.
He does not look like Elrond at all to me and while I like his hair I don’t know if he’s going to win me over…but maybe he will. All in all, the trailer didn’t lay me out but it stifled some of my misgivings.
What do you think about the trailer? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below.
I thank you for reading and I hope you have a spectacular day.
Well, this is a very big moment for me in my life. For my twenty-three years on this Earth, I have always been a writer. My love for writing began as a venue to be a storyteller which gradually changed into wanting to share my love for all things entertainment with you all. Since the end of 2016 I’ve been doing just that; sharing my thoughts on the latest movies or television shows and it’s been a blast every single year.
But now, after so many years of writing and creating new stories in my head I can finally officially announce my first venture into the world of fiction. Here is the name of my upcoming series that I can’t wait to share with you all.
This will be a series of short novels that feature the individual stories of a fascinating group of powerful, purposeful women of all races, shapes, and sizes. As you can probably tell from the title, it will be set in an entirely different land known as Adalor where my cast of extraordinary ladies will face challenges large and small.
I absolutely cannot wait to share more with you this month and the first short novel of the series will be dropping very, very soon.
I thank you for always reading my posts, following my journey, supporting me, and I can’t wait to tell you more. Have a wonderful day!
