42. The Incredible Hulk

Who knew that this movie would now be one of the most important early films in the MCU? I’ve got to watch it again so I know who The Leader is by the time of Captain America: New World Order.

41. Thor

Thor has its moments, but overall, it’s pretty subpar.

40. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Decent, but not great.

My Experience with ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3.’

I’ve been excited about Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 since the first teaser was dropped. The trailer to which I’m referring painted a powerful picture. It was clear James Gunn would end his trilogy with a bang, and boy, did he.

Avengers: Infinity War was an MCU movie I’d thought would never be surpassed…and then I watched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 today. I do not say this lightly when I tell you this is the best MCU film I’ve seen. Like the first Guardians, this movie grabs you instantly and never lets go. I gasped as soon as the Marvel Studios logo appeared on the screen. From thereon out, I knew I would be in for a ride.

The 5 Reasons Why ‘Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 3’ Is the Future Marvel Movie I’m Most Excited to See

Avengers: Endgame wasn’t just a phenomenal conclusion to an amazing eleven years of storytelling. It was also the thrilling beginning of what will probably be eleven more years of breathtaking awesomeness. Yes we have had to say goodbye to some fan favorites like Iron Man, Captain America/Steve Rogers, Black Widow, etc. but there are some new heroes on the horizon that will surely make us look at this era in the way we look at The Avengers; it’s a great movie but gosh it can be boring…and old.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is one of the films we can look forward to seeing in the next couple of years or so and it’s destined to be a smash hit. With James Gunn returning to guide the movie to where it needs to be I have no doubt in my mind that it has the potential to be one of the best Marvel movies ever made. But what is it that has me so pumped to see the wacky Guardians for the third film? Well, that’s what I’m here to share with you. Enjoy! Which Future Marvel Movie Are You Most Excited For?

Knowing Marvel will have a heavy presence at the San Diego Comic-Con is a thrilling prospect because that means news about Marvel’s future for Phase 4 is undoubtedly going to be abundant. And that means we’ll get a better idea at what to expect in the coming years. But, with Marvel already announcing sequels and prequels for some of Marvel’s most beloved characters there are several films that we know are in the works.

So, for today’s Who’s Your Favorite? I decided to ask you which future Marvel movie you’re most excited to see. And just in case you forgot, here they are.

Black Widow

Black Widow may not have had the role we were expecting in Avengers: Endgame but we’re going to get all of the Black Widow action we could ever dream of in the Black Widow film set to come out next May. And it’s starring some heavy hitters such as Rachel Weisz, Florence Pugh, and David Harbour.

The film, of course, is going to be a prequel and it’s currently filming as of this moment. Exciting! Kevin Feige has already expressed the thought process behind the making of the prequel and I am already fascinated. Here’s something he said a few days ago.

There’s a method to the madness. There’s always a method and doing things in an unexpected way is something we find fun. There are ways to do prequels that are less informative or answer questions you didn’t necessarily have, and then there are ways to do prequels where you learn all sorts of things you never knew before. I look at Better Call Saul as a wonderful example of a prequel that almost completely stands on its own apart from Breaking Bad because it informs you about so many things you didn’t know about before. So time will tell which way we’ve gone with a supposed Black Widow movie.

Um…okay, this film is going to be really amazing. Continue reading Which Future Marvel Movie Are You Most Excited For?

The Upcoming MCU Films Coming After ‘Spider-Man: Far from Home’

Avengers: Endgame has just come out, ending the Infinity Saga. The next Marvel movie to look forward to is Spider-Man: Far from Home which will be the official end of Phase 3 in the MCU. But what comes next? What new Marvel movies can we look forward to? Well, that’s what I’m here to share with you. Get excited ’cause we’ve got a lot to be excited for in the future. 🙂

SPOILERS from Endgame AHEAD!

Black Widow-May 2020

If you were disappointed with Black Widow’s involvement in Avengers: Endgame don’t worry, Marvel’s got you covered. Next year the super-assassin-turned-Avenger’s origin story will come to light as Scarlet Johannsson gears up one last time for this highly-anticipated standalone film. While much hasn’t been said about the movie it’s currently underseeing production. Starring alongside Scarlet Johannsson in the film is David Harbour (Hellboy), Rachel Weisz (The Mummy and The Favourite), Florence Pugh (Fighting With My Family), and O-T Fagbenle (The Handmaiden’s Tale). It will also be directed by a female director, Cate Shortland, and written by Ned Benson and Jac Schaeffer. Sounds exciting.

Mark Hamill May Grace His Presence on ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’

Since Luke Skywalker’s surprise death in The Last Jedi Mark Hamill has been very vocal about his disagreement with the treatment of Luke Skywalker in the critically-acclaimed sequel to The Force Awakens. And while he will make one final appearance as the fabled Luke Skywalker in the still untitled Episode IX his time as the character has pretty much come to a close. But it seems that Disney’s time with Mr. Hamill may not be over yet.

Recently on the entertainment airways rumors have begun to spread that Mark Hamill may be playing Rocket’s creator in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Yeah, you heard correctly.

That weird mystery person who Rocket mentioned in the first Guardians of the Galaxy that created him may make an appearance in the third GOTG (Guardians of the Galaxy) film and that individual could be portrayed by one of the coolest actors in the world; Mark Hamill. Brilliant!
