Yesterday Matt Reeves, out of the blue, dropped the official five-minute-long deleted scene featuring none other than Barry Keoghan’s take on the Joker and it was fascinating, to say the least. Here it is.
After watching the scene it was obvious why it had, in fact, been deleted, and yet it’s one of the greatest deleted scenes I’ve seen in a while.
With The Batman arriving in two days, the movie season has officially begun. And that of course means more trailers. Here are the newest trailers for Morbius and Fantastic Beasts.
While this trailer is still surprisingly withholding a lot of information, mainly about the film’s antagonist, it is making sure to remind people that the Sony Spider-Verse will still be very prominent in this new story. Seeing Michael Keaton’s Mr. Toomes in this trailer is intriguing, for sure. I still feel like we could see the eventual culmination of the true blue Sinister Six, led by Vulture, and consisting of a new MCU iteration of Venom, Morbius, Kraven the Hunter, Scorpion, and potentially the return of Mysterio who I still believe is alive.
I will definitely be watching this in theaters on April 1.
I have been so disinterested in Morbius that I didn’t even realize this film had been delayed seven! times. And yet its latest delay to April 1 has gotten me a bit bummed.
After enjoying Venom: Let There Be Carnage and Spider-Man: No Way Home I am fully invested in the Sony/MCU’S universe now. Of course, I have a theory on why this film had been delayed (they’re having secret reshoots with Andrew Garfield so they can incorporate him in some capacity) but I may be wrong.
I thank you for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day.
I love a good murder mystery! I’m talking Se7en, Prisoners, and The Silence of the Lambs. Those are the best ones I’ve seen and I’ve seen some other good mystery movies along the way.
This week I decided to watch The Little Things, a new murder mystery starring Denzel Washington, Rami Malek, and Jared Leto. I almost skipped watching this movie but when Leto earned a Golden Globe nomination for the film I thought, heck, I might as well check it out.
So I watched it yesterday with my sister and oh my goodness, it was underwhelming.
For the first hour it’s just mindless exposition filled with cop lingo that left me pulling at my face with frustration. Half of what they were talking about I couldn’t understand and the other half, I just didn’t care about.
When Leto finally showed up, he kind of brought a bit of pizzazz to the movie but overall, the ending left me like, “WHAT?!” It just was annoying and nonsensical and just…frustrating.
The only reason why I made it as long as I did was because I was watching the film believing that Denzel Washington’s character was the actual killer.
SPOILERS AHEAD! It isn’t. In fact…we never find out who actually is killing all of the people. That doesn’t mean there isn’t a bit of a shocking ending but because the writer was trying so hard to tell a story that’s different they didn’t think to actually write a movie that was entertaining.
70 out of 100 and 2/5 stars
I thank you for reading and I hope you have a great day.
The #SnyderCut of Justice League has been whined about by hardcore DC Comics fans for a while now and now it’s finally happening. The #SnyderCut will release on HBO Max next year with extended scenes, an alternate storyline, and some extra additions, one such being the return of Jared Leto’s horrendous Joker.
Yeah. That guy is back. Honestly, this movie may not be good no matter what type of adjustments you make to it. I hope Zack Snyder is ready for these ruthless fans to rip the “Snyder Cut” to shreds because if it ends up anything like Batman vs. Superman people aren’t going to be happy.
However, I think Justice League was so bad that any improvement, no matter how small, will still be an improvement.
What do you think of this news? Feel free to share your thoughts below.

Like Venom, Morbius follows the story of a man’s evolution into a classic Spider-Man villain. But unlike Venom, which had big-name actor Tom Hardy at the helm, Jared Leto’s track record with comic book movies hasn’t been good.
In 2016, Jared Leto portrayed The Joker in Suicide Squad and he was HORRIBLE. He is considered by most, including me, to be the worst version of The Joker and since then Leto kind of disappeared. Well…he’s back…as a vampire…in a comic book movie. Here’s the trailer.
