Is ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ Now One of the Best Things to Happen in the MCU?!

If you had told me just a couple of weeks ago that She-Hulk: Attorney at Law would have my favorite finale of any of the MCU Disney+ series I would’ve cocked my eyebrow and said, “Really? Better than Loki?” Well, after watching it today, I can confidently say yes, yes it’s my favorite.

For 30 minutes straight I couldn’t stop smiling as the finale got better and better, transforming into an ultra-meta experience that literally made my jaw drop. The finale was nothing short of genius, delivering a level of creativity that needs to be more present in this franchise.

I Loved ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ This Week!

If you’ve been following my blog you would know that since Episode 4 I have been thoroughly enjoying my weekly watches of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. This week was no exception.

Today we finally got the highly-anticipated return of one of the most beloved portrayals of a Marvel character, Charlie Cox’s Daredevil. After watching Daredevil on Netflix I now understand why. The man was perfect in the role, claiming it as his own and thankfully Kevin Feige understood that he was the only person who could bring Daredevil to life in the MCU.

Today’s episode, however, was surprising in a way I didn’t quite expect but enjoyed nonetheless. She-Hulk has established herself fantastically over the previous seven episodes which allowed her to not be outshined by Murdock. I loved their dynamic and the way they were utilized in this series. I’m honestly still a bit taken aback at how perfectly he was integrated into this episode without it feeling forced or out of place.

It was the episode’s dark ending that was the underrated highlight of the episode though. I honestly was shocked at how quickly the tone of the show changed entirely. What it means for next week’s episode, I’m not quite sure but I can’t wait to find out.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day.

‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ Is Getting Better Each Week!

A few weeks ago despite having enjoyed She-Hulk: Attorney at Law I had it squarely in last place among the MCU Disney+ series. And yet, as the weeks have gone by and the episodes have become more and more enjoyable I can now say, almost definitively, that I like this better than Moon Knight and Ms. Marvel. And this week was kind of the icing on the cake.

‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’: Another Week, Another Fun Episode

First off, there was no Daredevil which I totally expected and was perfectly okay with. Secondly, this episode wasn’t as funny as last week’s episode but it was still fun and delightfully goofy. Third, this might be the shortest review I’ve ever had of a series episode before but I don’t have much to say other than that ending gave me WandaVision vibes and now it feels like the series is starting to get into villain territory. And that, of course, has me intrigued to see what’ll happen in next week’s episode (where Daredevil will, once again, not appear.)

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day.

‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ Made Me Really Happy This Week

Okay, I like this show now. It’s got me. It’s hilarious, it’s fun, and it’s becoming something I’m looking forward to on my Thursday mornings.

I love that this show has fully committed to being silly. It really works with She-Hulk as a character while allowing this series to feel hilariously different and the humor in this episode was actually great.

‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ Was Really Funny Today

The last few weeks of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law have left me feeling mixed about the show. This week’s episode, however, was the first one that felt like maybe the story was finally hitting its stride.

With another guest star appearance from Wong and plenty of interesting characters, this episode felt fun/funny to watch.

What was most promising about this episode was its entertainment value. This undoubtedly was the best episode so far and if this trend continues (and I’m saying this knowing Daredevil is coming which is going to be awesome) this show, by its conclusion, could be really good. It’s not meant to be something as profoundly defining as Loki or as psychologically interesting as Moon Knight but it will mark its place in the MCU as a welcome addition to the franchise.

And this week, thankfully, made me like Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk again.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a spectacular day.
