Captain America: Secret War (SIXTEEN)

Nick Fury, now piloting the Quinjet, sent the craft straight toward the source of the danger while Agent Hill was briefing the heroes before their battle.

“Now we’ve never seen an enemy like this before so I want you guys to be really careful in the way that you approach this threat,” she told them.

“Don’t worry. I’m sure I can handle her myself,” Wanda said confidently.

Hill looked at her. “Don’t be so sure. This enemy may be tougher than she looks.”

Sharon’s jaw clenched. This was her sister they were talking about. Her sister was the one killing innocents and annihilating governments but why? What would make this a goal of hers?

Thinking back on her childhood she had never really known Olivia. Her younger sister had often kept to herself, wallowing in dark novels that filled the mind with twisted thoughts. And then she was gone, adding to the statistic of runaways. Sharon never imagined Olivia would return to her life in this way.

Captain America: Secret War (PROLOGUE)

In the snowy tundra of Russia, propellers can be heard amidst the harsh whistles of the wind. Deputy Task Force’s overwhelming presence surrounds a secret HYDRA base buried deep into the rocky landscape. To some, the base would seem like an abandoned outpost of a bygone age but to the Deputy Task Force, they knew the headquarters holds many secrets.

There is one person in particular who knows the base’s capabilities better than anyone. Her name is Doctor Whitney Frost. She walks through the stronghold, assessing everything but not caring about anything. She knows her plan but nobody else does. She would like to keep it that way. ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ Arrives this August

One reason why Disney+ was such a highly-anticipated streaming service was because it would feature original series for both Marvel and Star Wars. When it was announced earlier this month that the WandaVision series would also happen to arrive later this year instead of next spring I couldn’t have been more ecstatic.

Now, it’s been recently announced that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series will arrive this August and I. Can’t. Wait! Both of these characters will face major revamps after the loss of Captain America, their mutual best friend.

Steve Rogers gave Sam Wilson the role as the new Captain America, a role that will be delved into during this series. And Bucky is now returning into the man that we knew him as before his fateful fall in The First Avenger. Gosh, I’m so ready to see a trailer for this show.

All in all, this series is coming quicker than I expected and that is a great announcement.

I thank you for reading and I hope you have a splendid day.
