HUMP DAY! No, seriously, I’m trying not to write in all caps because right now I’m losing my mind a little. The Entertainment Weekly issue for Obi-Wan Kenobi just dropped and yes, my entire month has been made. Here they are!

A gruff, worn Obi-Wan Kenobi graces the front of Entertainment Weekly. His expression says it all. This is not the same Kenobi that we knew from the prequels.

One thing Obi-Wan Kenobi has always been good at is spying. Well, he’s back to being shady in this picture and I LOVE IT!

We knew this show was going to have Inquisitors but…it’s got an Inquisitor!!!! Moses Ingram makes her Star Wars debut as Inquisitor Reva and honestly, the realization that we will be getting lightsaber duels in this show is getting me all giddy. I’m so excited.

Obi-Wan Kenobi has become a caveman. Lol. On a more serious note though, this picture is awesome. According to Entertainment Weekly, he resides in this cave to watch over a young Luke Skywalker. Ah, so cute!

Apparently, at some point, Inquisitor Reva is going to reach Tatooine and have a confrontation with Uncle Owen. Of course we know how the story goes; no one discovers Darth Vader’s son, Luke Skywalker, on Tatooine but I’m sure the tension during this scene will still be worth watching.

From getting back to riding an Eopie like in The Phantom Menace to donning his hood in a new world called Daiyu, it’s clear that Obi-Wan Kenobi is about to be on an emotional adventure and I am here for all of it.

Now, all we have to do is wait for the trailer!!!! AAAAAAHHHHHH!
